PRACTICE Since joining LANCASTER | HELLING, Lee has maintained a diverse corporate and transactional practice, representing clients in: general corporate matters employment matters dispute resolution contract drafting and review licensing strategic alliances financing transactions managing intellectual property corporate governance matters office and equipment leases other transactional and litigation matters
EXPERIENCE: Prior to joining LANCASTER | HELLING, Lee served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for SiteStuff, Inc., an e-commerce company based in Austin, Texas. Prior to joining SiteStuff, Lee practiced commercial trial law and gained experience in a broad range of business law issues with Gardere Wynne Sewell, L.L.P. in Dallas, Texas.
EDUCATION AND ADMISSIONS: Lee earned a B.A. in economics from Washington & Lee University and a J.D. from Southern Methodist University, where he served as Coordinating Notes & Comments Editor on the S.M.U. Law Review. Lee is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Travis County Bar Association and is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas.
ACTIVITIES AND AWARDS: Lee currently serves as President of the Washington & Lee University Alumni Association chapter in Austin, Texas and is a member of the Town Lake Trail Foundation. He enjoys marathons (until about the 20 mile mark, at which point they cease to be fun) and golf (all 18 holes). «Back to Attorneys
